My name is Amanda Reilly, and I am the Studio Director of FAD Cheer & Dance Coorparoo and Wishart.

I have been associated with FAD Cheer & Dance since I started dancing at the age of 7. Moving from student through to Assistant, then on to Instructor and Studio Director over the years, my love of dance and cheer grew and I realised that I had found the career that I was looking for. This is my 23rd year in the industry, performing, competing, instructing, coaching and judging.

At FAD Cheer & Dance Coorparoo and Wishart, we are a close-knit studio, with a dedicated team of people who help to keep the studio operating smoothly. Our students are all supportive of each other, and many strong friendships have been forged over the years between students. We like to have fun in our classes, but we never forget that hard work pays off in the end.

We are continually building our competition teams, and are now proud to offer teams in Junior, Senior and Open categories. Since 2012, our teams have enjoyed great success and brought home many trophies from World Cup Cheer and Dance competitions and other events. We are always very proud when our teams compete, both for the results they achieve and the spirit in which they participate. With such dedicated and talented team members, the future is looking great!

We offer our students many opportunities to perform so that they can show off the skills, techniques and routines that they learn throughout the year. These performance opportunities build the confidence of our students, and give our families and community the opportunity to see what their children have been working so hard on. The greatest feeling as a Studio Director and Instructor/Coach is seeing the pride on the faces of both our students and their families. We also see these performances as opportunities to support our local community, particularly by performing at school fetes and other events.

With classes available in jazz, hip hop, cheerleading and tumbling, the FAD Cheer & Dance Coorparoo and Wishart Studio offers something for everyone, regardless of your skill level. We welcome any new students and their families to our Studio, and hope that we can share the excitement of cheer and dance with you.
